Vendor Ratings
Vendor ratings are used to rate your level of satisfaction with a company's performance (for example, Excellent, Satisfactory, or Unacceptable). These values populate the Rating drop-down menu in the Add Company Comment pane of the Company Details page.
To open the Vendor Ratings page:

Open the Administration Menu page.

Under the COMPANY ADMIN heading, click Vendor Ratings.
To add a vendor rating:

In the Add Vendor Rating field, enter the name of the vendor rating.
This is the value that will be displayed to users.

Click ADD.
A dialog box opens asking you to confirm your choice.
- Click OK.
Once you have created a vendor rating, you can edit it. To edit a vendor rating:

In the Vendor Rating field, select the vendor rating to edit.

To change the name of the vendor rating, enter a value in the Rename field.
All historical information will reflect the new value.

To change the status, select a value in the Status field
Vendor ratings with a status of Inactive are not displayed to users.

Click UPDATE.
Vendor ratings that have not been used can be deleted from the system.
Vendor ratings that have been associated with company comments cannot be deleted, but they can be inactivated to prevent users from accessing them.
To delete a vendor rating:

In the Vendor Rating field, select the vendor rating you want to delete.

Click DELETE.
A dialog box opens asking you to confirm your choice.

Click OK.
